Sunburst Construction strives for perfection in each project we build, and we choose the finest materials to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Should part of your project not be perfect upon completion of the build, we offer a warranty on construction and workmanship. For your convenience, you do not need to be present for warranty repairs if the project is accessible by our workmen.

Carpentry (Decks, Porches, Etc.)
Sunburst Construction provides a five-year workmanship warranty on carpentry projects, including structural workmanship involving posts, beams, joists, and framing. For re-decking projects, the five-year warranty applies only to the work Sunburst performed. Existing framing and other portions of the original structure that Sunburst did not replace are not covered.
For issues covered by Sunburst’s workmanship warranty, Sunburst will provide the labor and materials needed to make the necessary repairs. This does not include replacement of materials affected by a manufacturer defect. Those products may qualify for replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to its terms. Homeowners must submit manufacturer warranty claims directly to the manufacturer but Sunburst can assist with how and where to do this.
Patios/Masonry (Patios, Sitting Walls, Etc.)
Sunburst also provides a five-year workmanship warranty covering sinking and loose stones for patio/masonry work. Sunburst Construction provides a 12-month warranty for patio joints that lose their polymeric sand and for cracks in mortar joints wider than ¼ inch.
To request service under Sunburst’s warranty, please submit this form with up to (4) photos of the affected area. Include both close-up photos showing the issue and photos taken from farther away showing its location. These photos help our team assess the issue and prepare for any needed repairs.
