WOW! That's how I felt after seeing the excellent job that Sunburst did for me! I have lived in my townhouse for 30 years, and I had misgivings about who to select to build a deck. There are so many contractors out there, and I have seen poorly completed decks and very long lead times after contract signing. My next door neighbor completely redid their deck, and I was astounded at how beautiful it looked. The project crew was very efficient and professional! After seeing how well that project worked, I opted to immediately contact Sunburst and have my deck done. Their sales rep met with me, and I saw the various options. After the contract was signed, it wasn't long before the project got started. My deck takes up half the width of my townhouse. The special feature is the "bowed" shaped front - most of townhomes in my neighborhood have simply straight facades. TREX is the material for most of the deck, and the vertical black rails add sophistication to the overall look. I am a gardener, so I have multiple flower pots on my deck. it is well built, the crew was wonderful, and the pricing was right. Additionally, Sunburst did replace my wooden fence; once again, it was well done. They really do quality work! - 9/13/2026 

I had the best experience with Sunburst from start to finish. After having gone through several home renovation projects, I was honestly expecting the usual snafus—delays, miscommunication, and having to chase people down. Sunburst completely restored my trust in the renovation process.Bozidar (B) really listened to what I wanted and helped design a beautiful deck that fits our home and our needs perfectly. Aliya, the COO, was incredibly responsive and flexible when we needed to push back the start date. And Mason, our project manager, was exceptional. He always picked up my calls, answered every question, kept me updated throughout the project, and made sure everything stayed on time and within budget.What stood out most was the professionalism, communication, and genuine care from the entire team. We spend so much time on our deck, and I constantly get compliments on it. I couldn't be happier with the finished product or with the experience of working with Sunburst. Great experience getting our pressure treated deck replaced with Trex. Axel kept me well informed and was quick to respond to emails. Workers were considerate and cleaned up the site at the end of each workday. Mason always assured me that whatever comes up they will make it right, and indeed they did. Cant say enough good stuff about this company. They are responsive and do really good work. Pay attention to the details which is very rare these days. I had to get a special permit and they know exactly what to do and how to help ensure it was approved....many are not. - 6/04/2026 

We finally completed our addition including a full kitchen renovation, deck and three season room. Sunburst did a great job and we are loving our new space. I could not be happier with my deck expansion and patio repair. I didn't believe they would have the deck done in just a few days, but they did.The crew was exceptional and were working in some terrible heat. The repairs on the slate from the deck were so good I hired same crew to regrout the entire patio. Again quick and very efficient, It looks almost new, After a few glitches in the led uprights everything is working as it should and is great. Cleanup was also excellent. I have already recommended "B" and his crew to my son for an upgrade and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else. Thank you Sunburst! - 8/29/2025 

It was a pleasure working with Sunburst. They were very clear on quote and never hide anything from me. What ever price was quoted it remained the same by end of the project. Sunburst took care county approval and provided all the designs which my HOA needed.Special shoutout to Bozidar ‘B’ Janic who has helped from start to finish. Everything about our experience with Sunburst Construction was out of this world. Our sales rep and designer Jon Cowden was very patient with us and listened to what we wanted and what our future plans were. The final design not only fit into what we wanted now, but also prepared us for future add-ons when we are ready. Our project manager Mason Small was very thorough and explained everything about the demolition and build. When a snag with a stray underground pipe arose, he was able to work with the team and pivot without any delay. The crew were amazing and worked hard and quickly and finished the demo and new deck build within a week. The final product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be using Sunburst for our future projects!! - 12/04/2024

Sunburst helped us build a beautiful deck. Bozidar “B”, Mike, and the experienced crew are great to work with - they are diligent, reliable, profession, and very pleasant. They followed through from the beginning to the end and made sure every item on the punch list was properly addressed. They are also very good at communication - for example, B helped us understand and identify our needs and preferences and tailored a plan that meet those needs and preferences. We are very happy with the end product. I will post more pics. I will certainly recommend them and go to them for future projects ourselves. - 8/12/2024
