I could not be happier with my deck expansion and patio repair. I didn't believe they would have the deck done in just a few days, but they did.The crew was exceptional and were working in some terrible heat. The repairs on the slate from the deck were so good I hired same crew to regrout the entire patio. Again quick and very efficient, It looks almost new, After a few glitches in the led uprights everything is working as it should and is great. Cleanup was also excellent. It was a pleasure working with Sunburst. They were very clear on quote and never hide anything from me. What ever price was quoted it remained the same by end of the project. Everything about our experience with Sunburst Construction was out of this world. Our sales rep and designer Jon Cowden was very patient with us and listened to what we wanted and what our future plans were. The final design not only fit into what we wanted now, but also prepared us for future add-ons when we are ready. Our project manager Mason Small was very thorough and explained everything about the demolition and build. When a snag with a stray underground pipe arose, he was able to work with the team and pivot without any delay. The crew were amazing and worked hard and quickly and finished the demo and new deck build within a week. The final product is beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Sunburst helped us build a beautiful deck. Bozidar “B”, Mike, and the experienced crew are great to work with - they are diligent, reliable, profession, and very pleasant. They followed through from the beginning to the end and made sure every item on the punch list was properly addressed. They are also very good at communication - for example, B helped us understand and identify our needs and preferences and tailored a plan that meet those needs and preferences. We are very happy with the end product. I will post more pics. I will certainly recommend them and go to them for future projects ourselves. - 8/12/2024
